🔁 Return Policy

• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund

• we offer a 7-day return policy only for damaged or defective products.

• Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Dislike of fabric or design

  • Change of mind

  • Minor colour variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • IN MIRROR WORK SAREE 1000 OF MIRROR ARE IN SAREE IF 20-30 MIRROR ARE MISSING IS NOT CONSIDERED AS DAMAGE

📦 Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• All original tags must be intact

• The product must be in its original packaging

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage (must be recorded from opening the sealed package)
  

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

CUSTOMIZED PURCHASE:

IF ANY PRODUCT IS DONE WITH CUSTOMIZATION LIKE ADDING OF TESSELS,FALL PICO,STITCH BLOUSE IN THAT CASES WE HAVE NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY DUE TO CUSTOMIZATION.

PREPAID ORDER REFUND POLICY

•TRANSACTION OF ₹150-200 WILL BE CHARGED IF CUSTOMER OPT TO CANCEL THE ORDER

📹 Required Details for Damage Claims

Please share the following:

1. Clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

2. Delivery details filled at the time of order

3. Courier slip photo

4. If you receive any damaged saree please send via india post for courier refund and if we pickup the saree RS.150/- will be charged as a pickup

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be placed within 2 days of delivery.

• Please connect with us via WhatsApp support to initiate an exchange.

• Exchange charges of ₹250–₹399 will apply (depending on product pricing).

• Customers are required to self-ship the product for exchange.

• Exchange delivery timeline: 4–5 working days after approval.

💳 Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

• If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund will be initiated within 6–7 working days after verification.

  • The amount may reflect in your account within 2–3 additional working days, depending on your bank.
