  • we offer a 7-day return policy only for damaged or defective products.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage (must be recorded from opening the sealed package)

  2. Delivery details filled at the time of order

  3. Courier slip photo

  4. If you receive any damaged saree please send via india post for courier refund and if we pickup the saree RS.150/- will be charged as a pickupΒ

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 2 days of delivery.

  • Please connect with us via WhatsApp support to initiate an exchange.

  • Exchange charges of β‚Ή250–₹399 will apply (depending on product pricing).

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product for exchange.

  • Exchange delivery timeline: 4–5 working days after approval.
